Vitamins and supplements:

We have worked very hard to be sure that we are feeding a high quality, consistant feed that supplies the show horses, stallions, and broodmares with everything they need to be healthy and give their best. Therefore, unless your horse needs extra attention in an area, you will not be likely to have extra supplements on your bill.

Horses will be evaluated on an individual basis and additional supplements will be discussed and billed on your regular statement. Some of the supplements we have had good luck using that are generally considered when a horse is in need of something are:

Fat Cat

Owners will be given the option to enroll in a daily wormer/colic insurance program. GRS will keep the records and do the paperwork should the owner wish to include their horse. The program costs approx. $265.00 per year and offers $5,000.00 of colic surgery insurance to eligible horses that are accepted into the program.
